1. Acceptance of Terms

We are RAHMAN GUNGOR ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), an individual business operator based in Turkey at İstanbul. We develop and operate the mobile application AI Mobile Application (the "App"), as well as any related products and services that reference or link to these legal terms (collectively, the "Platform").

These Legal Terms constitute a binding agreement between you, whether as an individual or on behalf of an organization ("you"), and us, concerning your access to and use of the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified, the Platform and all source code, databases, functionality, software, app designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Platform (collectively, the "Materials") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Trademarks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of Turkey, other jurisdictions, and international treaties. The Materials and the Trademarks are provided on the Platform "AS IS" for your personal and informational use only.

3. User Warranties

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration details you submit will be truthful, accurate, current, and complete
• You will maintain the accuracy of such details and promptly update registration information when necessary
• You have the legal authority and agree to comply with these Terms of Service
• You are at least 13 years of age
• Not a minor in your jurisdiction of residence, or if a minor, you have obtained parental permission to use the Platform
• You will not access the Platform through automated or non-human means, including bots, scripts, or similar tools
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Your use of the Platform will not breach any applicable law or regulation

4. Account Registration

You may need to create an account to use the Platform. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change any username you choose if we determine it to be inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise unacceptable.

5. Product Information

All products are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return Policy guidelines.

6. Payment and Billing

We accept these payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information for all purchases made via the Platform.

You further agree to promptly update account and payment details, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, to enable us to process your transactions and contact you when needed. Applicable taxes will be added to purchase prices as required by law.

7. Subscription Services

Your subscription remains active until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis without requiring prior approval for each charge, until you provide notice of cancellation.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Platform for purposes other than those for which we make it available. The Platform may not be used for commercial activities except those specifically endorsed or approved by us.

9. External Content

The Platform may include (or you may receive via the Platform) links to external websites ("External Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other materials belonging to or originating from third parties ("External Content"). Such External Websites and External Content are not reviewed, monitored, or verified for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not liable for any External Websites accessed through the Platform or any External Content posted on, available through, or installed from the Platform, including the content, accuracy, offensiveness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices, or other policies contained in the External Websites or External Content.

10. Platform Management

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

• Monitor the Platform for violations of these Terms of Service
• Take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates applicable laws or these Terms of Service, including reporting such users to law enforcement
• At our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit availability of, or disable any of your submissions or any portion thereof
• At our sole discretion and without notice or liability, remove from the Platform or disable all files and content that are excessive in size or burdensome to our systems
• Manage the Platform in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and facilitate proper operation of the Platform

11. Privacy Policy

We prioritize data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

12. Duration and Termination

These Terms of Service remain in effect while you use the Platform.

13. Changes and Service Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove Platform content at any time for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We have no obligation to update information on the Platform. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Platform without notice. We will not be liable to you or third parties for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform.

14. Dispute Resolution

To expedite resolution and manage costs of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms of Service (each a "Dispute" and collectively, "Disputes"), the parties agree to first attempt informal negotiation of any Dispute for at least thirty (30) days before initiating formal proceedings. Such informal negotiations begin upon written notice from one party to the other.
